AStrong and reliable
Discipline Priest
Shields and mana efficiency make damage easy to smooth out, a good fit for dungeons and a safe pick for new healers.
Restoration Druid
Heal-over-time healing that excels at keeping a group topped up, with Innervate for mana and the ability to switch roles.
Holy Paladin
Strong, reliable single-target heals and a very durable healer in plate armor. Lower throughput on spread-out damage than Priest or Druid.
BGood, with trade-offs
Restoration Shaman
Totems add group utility and the heals are solid, but at this stage it has fewer tools than the other three healing classes.

WoW Forever has no public combat logs yet, so this ranking is based on how each spec is designed, the class changes made in the beta and what leveling and dungeon guides report.
