How to Beat the Queen and Matriarch in ARC Raiders

The Queen and Matriarch are the biggest ARC fights in the game. Both reward heavy preparation.

What to bring

• A Hullcracker is the first choice. Explosives deal over 50% more damage to armor plates since Frozen Trail 2.0.
• A Rascal or Bettina as backup.
• Many Wolfpack grenades.

Queen

Target the leg joints and face, then the exposed inner metal. The Queen spawns extra ARC during the fight, so clear them before they surround you.

Matriarch

Her blue shield makes her immune while it is up. Wait it out, then focus the Hullcracker on her face and exposed core. She can call in Bastions and Rocketeers.

Loot

Both drop reactor parts, Magnetic Accelerators and Complex Gun Parts, plus rare ARC materials.
